Early Access Partner Agreement

Data access

The Partner agrees to share read-only API credentials or login access for the inverter monitoring portals they use. This includes accounts on platforms such as Growatt SEMS, GoodWe SEMS, SolarEdge monitoring, Sungrow iSolarCloud, or any other inverter cloud the Partner operates.

The Partner may revoke access at any time by changing their portal credentials. SolarLens will delete all cached credentials within 24 hours of written notice.

6 months of full fleet monitoring, free

In exchange for data access, SolarLens provides the Partner with the following at no cost for a period of 6 months from onboarding:

• Fleet-wide monitoring across all sites connected under the Partner's account, with no cap on site count
• Automated anomaly detection and performance alerts delivered via WhatsApp and email
• Weather-adjusted performance ratios updated every 15 minutes
• AI-powered daily alert digest with plain-language diagnosis and recommended actions
• White-label monthly performance reports in PDF format, branded with the Partner's logo and name
• Grid event detection to distinguish DISCOM curtailment from site-level faults
• Hands-on onboarding support and a dedicated contact for the duration of the early access period

Your data stays yours

• All data is stored and processed on servers located in India
• Site performance data is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose beyond operating the SolarLens service for the Partner
• Credentials are stored encrypted and accessed only by the data pipeline. No human at SolarLens reads or stores plaintext passwords
• Reports carry the Partner's brand. SolarLens is not identified in any client-facing document unless the Partner chooses to include it
• On termination, all Partner data and credentials are deleted within 7 days of written request

Continuation terms

At the end of the 6-month free period, SolarLens will offer the Partner a paid plan at a per-site monthly rate. Early access partners will receive preferential pricing compared to standard rates at the time of renewal.

The Partner is under no obligation to continue. If the Partner chooses not to renew, the service stops and all data is deleted on request. There is no automatic billing, no rollover, and no penalty for leaving.

Shaping the product

Early access partners are building this alongside us. The Partner agrees to share honest feedback on what works and what does not - by call, message, or any channel that is convenient. SolarLens will act on this feedback and keep the Partner informed of changes made as a result.

The Partner may optionally be named as an early partner on the SolarLens website or in marketing materials, with written approval for each use.

What SolarLens is not

SolarLens is a monitoring and alerting tool. It does not provide engineering advice, maintenance recommendations with guaranteed outcomes, or any warranty on system performance. All decisions based on SolarLens data remain the responsibility of the Partner and their clients.

SolarLens is provided in its current state during early access. Uptime, feature availability and data accuracy are best-effort during this period. SolarLens is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions or data errors during early access.

Either party can exit anytime

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice, for any reason. On termination, the Partner revokes API access and SolarLens deletes all associated data. There are no penalties, fees or obligations on either side after termination.
